Frequently Asked Questions
What if I am not local to you?
Actually, most career advising and other coaching is done remotely. BoldCareer clients come from around the world, with only about 20% being local to our hometown of Vancouver.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Absolutely. If you decide to do so in the middle of a month, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused fees, no questions asked. This is a monthly service, so you will be billed now, and each 30 days from now until you decide to stop.

How long do clients typically work with you?
It varies. I have had clients for up to 2 years. If you are interested, I advise that you set a mental window of 3-months. This is typically an appropriate frame to make something happen.
