Our work together will include six types of activity:

• Collaborate, Plan & Communicate: We are proud to use Basecamp as our online project management tool. As a client, you will receive your own, private project site where we will plan our work together, post files, manage tasks and milestones, and communicate via messages. And of course, we will use Email or live chat if you prefer.
• 1-1 Meetings: The highest value hourly activity that we engage in together are the 1-1 meetings. These normally occur over the phone unless you happen to be local. We are proud to have clients from all over the US, Canada as well as from Europe and Asia. These meetings are pre-scheduled and typically have a specific agenda attached to them.
• Homework: You will have challenging homework to do. Some of it will be working through the worksheets / workbooks that we provide you with.
• Our Execution: Depending on the package you choose, your career advisor might write or edit your resume and cover letter for you, critique key documents like a draft reference letter, research and recommend recruiting firms, make referrals, or any number of activities.
• Ad-hoc Phone Support: For Premium Package clients, ad-hoc telephone support is included meaning you are able to phone at any time should you have an immediate need like a surprise interview or a job offer to deal with.
